The WY-700 gravure printing machine is a high-speed gravure printing machine designed and produced by our company specifically for the characteristics of paper. . It combines the high speed printing with high finished product rate and adopts the standard modular gravure printing method. The width of printing is 60mm and the operating speed is 120m’/min, which turns out to be the best equipment for paper printing.
Fully considering the feature of paper printing and its follow-up processing, the design for printing machine should have the double station non-stopping autopaster device to ensure the efficient functioning of machine in the whole process.
New technology and accessory are widely used in its development & design, which greatly improves the capacity and reliability of machine. The control of it is based on PLC.

The structure of printing machine
The part of printing is consisting of printing unit, drying baker, heat exchanger and drive system.
The part of printing is 5 colors standard gravure printing, scraping blade press air control, camping of the forme roller adopt the form of pneumatic clamping of the shaft. Wall and shaft is made of high strength cast iron through manual proofreading and processing many times, With high precision and stability. Pneumatic pressure printing scraper, scraper’s pressure adjustment is convenient, scraper is equipped with independent axial runout. Work state make ink supply more uniformity and make sure that the scraper has a longer service life. Soak the ink tank used in concert with scraping blade, make the forme roller can fully infiltrates in the process of work, not easy to plug when at a low speed, and makes the forme roller in a relatively closed state, ink- reject phenomenon not easy to happened at a high speed
Ink supply adopts pneumatic ink pump circulation, let the ink can be fully mixing, at the same time, it can avoid the printing problem that because of the paint sediment. Supply ink system is equipped with secondary filter (import and export) device, can avoid residue, sewage and etc entering the printing area, ink barrels made of stainless steel, it look beautiful and corrosion resistance, power transmission between four groups adopts no clearance spring coupling to connection, it can be ensure precise synchronization of the power transmission,; also because of the design of progressive increase tension, makes printing with high accuracy and stability. The printing and receiving are unitary cast iron wall, it has good shock absorption performance and enough stiffness, ensure the high speed of the machine performance and long-term working stability. Embossing roller adopts electric ascend, pressure mode of the cylinder (figure 8), printing plate can be adjust arbitrarily in a large scope in diameter 140-140 mm, suitable for printing product repeat length change significantly.
It can be arbitrary equipped with automatic alignment system between the various groups, the system can be based on user require to use the domestic or imported equipment, it can achieve automatic overprint between various printing group, the alignment precision is better than 0.2 mm.
Axial alignment performed by manual. Via adjust observing scale on the handwheel, axial version fast and accurately.
(2)Drying baker
Drying baker is the way of translational around, have a large movement range, make it more convenient of the wear paper and guide roller cleaning operation. Independent of external heating circulation system, hot wind spray to the paper at high speed via surface nozzle on the drying baker (figure 10), to make solvent volatilize quickly and discharge. Part of exhaust gas was forced discharge to outdoor by exhaust fan, part in secondary recycling, make it has higher energy utilization. Longer drying baker design is more suitable for the paper surface printing ink dry at low temperature. It set a strengthen oven after the last printing group, make the paper printing ink solvent can fully evaporate, in order to eliminate the peculiar smell of the printed product internal solvent residual, to improved the product quality.
(3)Heat-exchange system
Heat-exchange system is independent of the machine side, electrical heater and steam heater can quickly swap (the machine adopts electric heating mode) to meet the requirements of different users (figure 11), through the MJYS pressure regulating module ratio control by SR73 temperature controller to adjust heater temperature (or electric damper actuators), it can ensure the hot blast temperature range within the plus or minus 2 ℃, draught fan adopts the split type low noise fan, low noise when running, high reliability.
(4)Plate transmission system
Plate transmission system is plate cone top shaft and differential gear box straight league form, the gear case is equipped with a hand clutch gear, plate is convenient and a rough version. Through the register electrical machine on the differential mechanism, and the differential system in the drive gear box, can realize precise automatic register. The machine 6 printing group is drive shaft straight league form, the power multi-stage transmission through gapless elastic coupling, make the drive more accurate and smoothly.
Unreeling and rolling
Unreeling and rolling adopts double wall model, the axis of the unreeling and rolling both adopt 76 mm, the roll diameter of the unreeling and rolling can be up to 1300 mm
Control system and operation procedures
This control system mainly includes: touch screen human-machine interface; PLC intelligent control management system; receiving and emptying, feeding constant tension system of automatic control, correction system of automatic control, unreeling and rolling traction synchronous servo control with printing department, the computer automatically on the register system, computer stroboscopic monitoring system, oven’s temperature automatic control system, electrical, pneumatic, draught fan, etc of PLC sequence control and safety interlock, important parts of the unit working state such as monitoring temperature of the reducer casing and alarm functions, etc
The above parts all have separate instructions for operation reference, operators, please read carefully, and know well of the performance and operation.
The machine's operating system have two working state, one is a manual operation, another is automatic working state, working state select by master ark dial section switch.
Under the manual state, the action of each part of the machine always including the drying baker’s open and close; combination and separate of the wiping roller,; separation; combination and separate of the scraper, combination and separate of the traction, etc.
All via manual operation to control panel switches to realize, in the automatic state, above operation can be performed by one button action.
